Please study the documents linked below for better & clear understanding between our two companies. In regards to the agreements, there is one for agency and one for usage of HBLs. Pls download in MS Word format, fill in your company information and print in duplicate. Initial each page, sign & stamp the last page and send in duplicate to our USA address for our signatures. Upon receipt, we will sign & send the original back to you for your consideration. HBL Agreement has to be printed on your company's letterhead while the Agency Agreement may be printed on white paper.
