AIR 7 SEAS offers various payment options to its Customers for speedy process of the shipments. By choosing any of the following payment options, you may rest assured that your shipments will be processed for faster dispatches. If one is late in paying, options are limited and needs confirmation from AIR 7 SEAS Freight Cashier. Options listed below are for the sake of convenience only and are subject to AIR 7 SEAS acceptance without any recourse. Payments to be made only in the name of AIR 7 SEAS Transport Logistics Inc.

If you wire transfer, please make sure from your banker they collect all their & our banker's charges from you. We must have payment to the exact amount you are supposed to pay us. There is a USA bank charge of $30 (International) / $15 (Domestic) from our bank when they receive any payment by Wire Transfer. Please add this fee when transferring the funds to avoid unnecessary delay in releasing your shipment or shipping documents. Wire transfer funds can only be verified by our Bankers at least one working day after the date your banker has transferred the funds. Email to Finance1 (@) air7seas.us to Shipment/Invoice# & Amount transferred to enable our accounts to apply the payment upon receipt and process the documentation release promptly.

You can also deposit the money into our account at any Bank of America branch. These funds can only be verified by us at least one working day after the date you deposited the funds. Our account details are listed above under - By Wire Transfer. Once deposited, you must provide us by fax/email- Copy of Deposit slip with our Shipment Ref#, BofA Branch# & was it by Cash or Check. Make sure that the Amount deposited is legible.
Payment can also be accepted by Visa/Master Card for your convenience. Name on Credit Card should also be on the shipping documents. There is a 3% on Visa (4% on Master & International address credit cards) Convenience Fee (Minimum $5) which please don't forget to add to the amount you are supposed to pay in order to avoid any delays or additional minimum charge. Please provide details of your Credit Card for processing. {Exception - Payment of shipments which are about to reach (or already reached) at destination & shipments to Africa}

There is 4% (Minimum $10) Convenience Fee which please don't forget to add to the amount you are supposed to pay in order to avoid any delays or additional minimum charge. All expenses resulting from late payment are charged to the account of cargo & must be prepaid before release of shipment &/or authorizes us to amend the scope of service. Our liabilities are limited to the refund of money charged against the pertinent service only & subject to our standard Terms & Conditions. Only Full Payment receipt from all parties to a shipment qualifies a release.
Shipments will be processed / released, 72hrs after the realization of funds in our account.
Cancellation must be in writing and subject to the payment of services rendered till it can be effected. Handling & Remittance/Convenience fee are not refundable and underline vendors cancellation policy & charges may also apply.
Subject to $150 late payment charge & a delinquency charge of 1.5% (18% annual) is charged on accounts Past Due in addition to all costs of collection, suit, reasonable attorneys fees and venue is limited to the jurisdiction of Santa Clara county, CA USA.
